What should you know about dairy farm.

1. It’s lifestyle. We have different routine with other jobs. Job, family are in same place. (togetherness). Unpredictable Day off
2. Every job has a link with others. Corporation to improve , share idea must be applied.  Don’t think your job is prominent comparing each others.
3. Job understanding is important. The result is our duty will be effectively and efficient.

In work, What should we do

1. Pray before start.
2. Remind for whose I do this job (motivate our self).
3. Gathering like “ selamat pagi”
4. Corporation (team)
5. Honesty
6. Share idea. Keep record our duties
7. Responsible, job understanding
8. no jealousy
9. Keeping busy. We can do other job when we finish or waiting. Like: cleaning, check cow, check feed, study. Don’t waste your time
10. Give reward to good, give punishment /consequences (support or improvement) for bad result/attitude.
11. Don’t lazy to say “thank you”. Or “good job”

To push (avoid) boringness

1. love our job
2. Make joke. Call Yanti, Amir, Totok to our cow, ayo teh kita milking, kuman matilah kau etc. Singing
3. Do different activity in off day. Get close with our community (in mosque, church) Sport (soccer, volley ball), family gathering,
